Questions
Asked at the roadside.
Do I have to call my insurer myself?
You can, but you don't have to. With your authority we lodge the claim, provide the details and manage every follow-up. You get a claim number and updates from us.
Will I pay an excess?
If you weren't at fault and the other driver is identified, usually not. If you were at fault or the other party is unknown, your policy's excess applies. We tell you exactly where you stand before repairs start.
Can I choose my own repairer?
In most cases, yes. Many policies include choice of repairer, and where they don't you can still nominate us. We walk you through your policy's terms.
