Is towing covered by insurance?
Most comprehensive policies cover a tow to a repairer after an accident, and where you're not at fault the at-fault insurer is liable. We lodge it as part of your claim.
My car was already towed somewhere else. Can you get it?
Yes. We collect from other yards and repairers regularly. Tell us where it is and we'll arrange the release and the transport.
Can you tow a car that can't be rolled?
Yes. Our trucks handle vehicles with seized wheels, deployed airbags or suspension damage.
