How long do repairs take?
It depends on the damage, the parts and the insurer’s approvals. We give you a realistic date once your car has been assessed, and we tell you straight away if anything changes it.
Do you repair all makes and models?
Yes, including European and electric vehicles. Where a manufacturer requires specific procedures or parts, we follow them.
What warranty do you offer?
Lifetime warranty, for as long as you own the car. If anything about the repair isn't right, bring it back and we fix it.

- Not at fault? What you are actually entitled toIf someone else caused the crash you are generally entitled to be put back where you were: your car repaired properly and a hire car, at their insurer's cost.
